Journal 8(2) [Term 1. Week 9]
I believe a person with good leadership skills is nothing when no one listens to him OR her. If a person is megalomania, thinking that he knows the ropes, his people might coup and overthrow him. A leader should not lead by fiat as it could really be unfair and a leader should not balk when there are troubles or problems to solve. However, who, just who, can define a person as a great leader? Who is a leader? How can you even know unless you given them a chance to shine. After all, even a diamond is made of carbon.
