Journal 1 [Term 1. Week 2]
It was our school's CCA day. Our band had groups of people walking around giving out flyers. Lynette and I were trying to get people to take our flyers and get them to join band. Our attempts seem fruitless. The Sec 1s seemed like they were avoiding us. They were not at all zealous to join band. To make things worse, it started raining. Many of our plan was obviate due to the rain. We had no choice but to wait under shelter. Luckily, the rain soon became a drizzle and stop. We coerce into going to give out the flyers with less enthusiasm. Most of the Sec 1s had their hands inundated with flyers of different CCAs and that was their excuse for not taking ours. However, we remained anguine. We were glad when our leaders announced that the CCA day is over and that we are alllowed to go. I hope that it would be a interesting time when the Sec 1s come for the auditions.
